I think it's in either G or F#, and the recording speed has been slightly altered to make it either a microtone-or-so flat or sharp. It's a wonderful track, though.
Yeah, it was probably played on a G harp and recorded on slightly fast recorder, resulting the F# sound. You could tweak it back to G in Transcribe! or Amazing Slowdowner.
