I'm closing in on the VOX Mini 5 Rhythm as a practice amp and as something easier to use on my boat, and price is right. It has two inputs, guitar and mic. I would plug harp mic into the guitar input and use mic for voice. Will I have an issue with gain/feedback on the harp side like I did with my Pro Junior until I changed out a tube? (Still a neophyte on the tech stuff.) Thanks, fil

It's not a tube amp and doesn't have any tube preamp or anything so there are no tubes to switch out. it's just a modeling amp similar to the Roland micro cube. My friend bought one for his little kid along with an sm58 type mic and I tried it once when I visited and happened tp have some harps with me. Cool sound like I said similar to a micro cube, which I own myself. I would probably go for the micro cube but if you can get the vox dirt cheap, why not. Oh, and no feedback problem unless you're on high gain and have mic too close to amp.

Thanks very much for the response. I knew no tubes, but was concerned that set up for guitar might have an effect similar to my tube amp. Your having tried the amp answered my question. fil
