Have a listen in to this:-

http://tinyurl.com/1950Harmonica

I have listened to this twice through & each time I find my eyes glazing over mid way. The incredible skills of these superb players combined with what I feel is good music (I'm showing my age) is IMO hard to find today. Sure there still is good music & players today but If these guys were around now + the advances in recording technology it would be great for our instrument. Some seriously wrong turns must have been taken along the way to have lost the very high standing and prestige of the harmonica to what then was a massive and appreciative audience.
