Butterfield was not one of my influences. Given the limitations of recording at the time I would still give my nod to the Fords. I feel what they play. I never got warm fuzzies from PB. Same with the Grateful Dead. It always seemed like cacophony to me but I'm proud to be a budding crowd of one while at the ready to be proven wrong.
In my next life, perhaps as a horse, I will happily dump on a parade. In this one I will accept the fact that I'm not always in agreement and politely poof when I've heard too much. [Poof]
