Here's a snippet of a recent radio session we were involved in. The live lounge recordings were a new thing for this particular station, so we were guinea pigs to some extent, being the first to appear :)

Levels probably not optimum, but some live energy seemed to come over..

Ah, what the hell - bump :)

By the way, the radio show in question can be found here:

www.bluesandsoulshow.com

A great weekly show that's probably of interest to some forum members. Goes out live on Saturday evenings here in the UK, but there's listen again and downloadable podcast links, etc. Check it out!

I really like the stutter thing you do around 1m50s and 2m10s, and similar in the section from 2m20s. Not heard that before, where does it come from? How do you do it?

And thank you for the link, I had trouble finding the podcasts. Only seem to have links to download to mobiles through iTunes and Google Play.

@MindTheGap - the stutter thing is a kind of tongue articulation that sometimes just happens as I kick from the bottom end of the harp. I'm not sure exactly how I do it, as it just naturally developed as part of my style over the years.

What you're referring to from 2:20 onwards, however, is just a rhythmic tongue slap on blow 6.

And you should be able to see an option to download a podcast at the bottom of the blurb for each show..
