Feel free to weigh in. I got into a - er, 'discussion' - with someone over Juke. This guy was like 'Oooh, Little Walter's amazingly unique sense of timing' and I was like 'You mean, that bit where he messed up and they just kept recording?'

This is my very favourite example of holding it together despite an almost complete lack of structure.
The groove is seamless, though. For years, I though that John Lee Hooker had some insightful sense of timing because of this song. It was eventually explained to me that he was probably just very drunk here.
