Thanks for this. Very good album. Wasn't that familiar with his work but am a big fan now. Not just a good guitar player. Very good singer as well.

I downloaded it b/c I'm not that familiar with him either but I keep hearing his name everywhere..
gave it a quick listen and quickly deleted it off my hard drive.
soaring guitar solos and rock beats just don't do it for me anymore but thanks for the heads up atty1

"Nothing against him as a person, but I'm not the biggest fan of Joe Bonamassa. I've seen him live and met him after the show and he seems like a cool dude, but his music is kind of boring to me. To me he comes off as an Eric Johnson rip off who likes playing second rate seventies style blues. The tunes aren't that good either. Also, I'm really kind of put off by his "new look" and it comes off as very contrived. He wears sunglasses on stage like a d-bag and wears 80's Clapton issue suits and slicked back hair. He has absolutely no stage presence or charisma as a front man, and his voice sounds like someone who is trying to make his voice sound older and gravel-ly. It seems like his PR is in overdrive right now in all the guitar mags and MF catalog, not to mention the snooze-fest of a DVD at the Albert Hall. How much do you think Clapton got paid for that gig? Easy money for Slowhand. JB pretty much quoted Beano era Clapton licks to him the whole time."-Litttle Wing142 ----------
