Jim James and Raphael Callaghan were a blues duo from the Liverpool area back in the late 60s/early 70s.
I saw them lots of times back then and thought that they were rather special with Jim's soulful singing and Raphael's wailing harp.
Jim also wrote some great songs, and I was surprised that his compositions weren't covered by major blues artists.
The link below is to a recording that the duo made around 1970.
The song is a Jim James original.
Jim, it appears, now lives in the States.
Raphael has duo called " Blue C" and still performs mainly in North Wales and the north of England.

I dont care for the singer-kinda too folky for me-- but very nice lyrical harmonica--
