This is a special High A, Session Steel that is shift tuned. It has a Blue Moon Session Steel comb. Yes, I'm really really rushing this straight out of the gate.

Cool! What is "shift tuned"? Would that be different tuning from the stock Favorite in HA ?

I call it SHIFT TUNING. Essentially, the A is on hole # 2 and from there out it follows the standard tuning. Hole #1 is an E/B. Seydel Favorite is brass. This is all stainless steel but since Seydel doesn't make stainless reeds in the High A pitch range, I shifted everything over 1 hole.
It plays just like a standard (Richter) tuned harp.

Got it.
Seydel does not make steel reed plates higher than F. Is that because steel is less suitable than brass at the high end?

That is correct. Stainless steel is stiffer and harder to play on the shorter reeds, especially up high.. where the reeds are thicker at the base... near rivet.
