What's up everyone,

One of my closest friends just released a really dope album of neo-soul and funk songs. I played harmonica on one of them, and I thought some of you guys might dig it. He even quotes Ray Charles in the song.

My harmonica comes in at 2:35 or so:

Hope all of you fine folk are having a solid holiday season.

Best,
Ben

I like that we can get harp into more genre..
Not necessarily my style of music, but that doesn't take from the talent it took and your stuff sounded cool with the horn in there. That was pretty clever and good on your friend for hearing a harp in that section.

Good stuff

Probably one of the best pieces of music shared on this forum. Electronic music that feels "alive" is very rare! 5/5 harmonicas!!!

Great stuff. Loved it. More funk than neo soul, but very cool

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I agree that this song is more funk than neo-soul, but the album itself definitely leans toward soul more often than not, I think.

Actually, the entire album is now available to download for free on soundcloud:

Thanks again.
