I love this pattern @ 2:18 and want to ask if any of you know and use it? If you can help me break it down, I would be grateful.

That's a revolving lick - it doesn't take you anywhere just back to the start.
It all happens on holes four and three. He uses the three blow as the tonic instead of the two draw for fluidity. It starts on the four draw.
I kinda think it's more helpful to give you clues this way rather than break it down note for note. That way, you get to use your ears and the connection between hearing the note in your head and playing follows a more direct route than having to get "translated" though a visual cue.

It's been avsked before on this forum. It's that kind of lick that can't be learned by tabs as arz.. Mentions above. The key is breathing in and out in a rythmic pattern and use "T-blockin effect".

This is one of the iconic Sonny Boy repeated licks. He uses this one a lot. Listen to 1:26 on this video, "Help Me": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXr6pS-79m8
Adam actually has a transcription for "Help Me". I'd recommend his explanation of it.

it involves tongue blocking and rythmic slaps on the comb. This is a common SonnyBoy pattern lick. If you have the slow downer program...you can slow it down and decipher it.

Hi,this lick is -4+4-3+3-3+4-4+4-3-4 you have to play it in the right rythem, and further bend slightly the -3' so you have to try.
