I'm lobbed in Bangkok for next week and then Northern Thailand for a week before back in Bkk for another week. Looking for some guidance onlovfl blues scene

I lived in Chang mai for a time. There was a fair blues scene going there, with a few clubs doing open mics and local bands. The clubs come and go all the time so try asking around.
Mostly expats. You might meet some interesting characters; I met one Polish guy, great bluesman, who told me about how the secret police arrested him and his band during a gig and carted him off to the gulag for a few years. That's suffering for your art.
