I have been playing since 1966 and have had experiences with both good and bad equipment and suppliers over the years. I would like to give a big thanks to the following: + Bruce Collins and Mission amps for the wonderful Delta Sonic 15 Pro. This thing cranks! Sitting in with a 4-piece band I had no problem with volume and at one point had to turn down my volume! At my age I needed help carrying my equipment before this. Now I carry my own amp, with a smile! + Greg Heumann at Blows Me Away Productions, who built me an Ultimate 545 mic and delivered it in a week! It is beautiful and I love the sound. + Rockin Ron's for delivering everything I order to Hawaii in 3 days, or less, with free shipping to boot! + Seydel harmonicas for building great harmonicas. I love the stainless steel reeds in the Session Steel models. I have Blues Session, Session Steel, Solist Pro and 1847 models and they all play wonderfully. The covers on the Blues Session model are particularly mustache-friendly.

Totally agree. Excellent service is so far and few between these days that when it is found it should be celebrated.

Ditto on Seydel, they are a small company focused on understanding customer needs... and delivering customer satisfaction. Great products, great service, great website.
I also give high marks for quality, service and value to two online retailers: Rockin Ron's in US, Thomann in Europe.

I don't play Seydels, but their website and the flexibility in building (pretty much) what ever you want is a very nice option.
