Very 60s sounding Paul Butterfield meets the Jeffeson Airplane.

Cool. Guitar riff sounds a little like Dire Straits Money for Nothing

I like the harp intro; sets the tone for a bad-ass rock sound.

Great stuff here, Boris. The way you have sections of your solo arrive and depart in unexpected places gives your playing a real rock dynamic; it made me think of Jeff Beck's guitar work from both is first record "Truth" and from "Guitar Shop" in particular. Slick, quick, idiosyncratic and spiky. Good work.

To my ears, you really come alive during that later solo. Tremendous playing.

The rest of it is kind of average.

I'd go with the strengths and minimize the weaknesses - but that's just me.

Since you are remixing, how about an experiment?

What does the song sound like if you removed all that ordinary harmonica and just left in that fantastic solo?

May be interesting.

I like it all very much--but then I'm just an old prick from the 60's and "ordinary" is where I live--if I was remixing--all I'd take out is the mouse squeaks in the background. All in all, its very good. . .

Hello Boris. You are good harmonica player; better than I. You are right, this is some kind of bluesrock. It is good bluesrock. It is not blues. I like blues.

Cheers,
