Long story short I'm looking for opinions on video editing software. I have a zoom H4N and a decent camcorder to record everything with. But I have no idea where to start with software. Having never done this before Im not looking for an advanced program but just something I can put decent videos up online.

I use a program called avs4u. Very simple and well worth the price IMHO. You can check my YT for yourself. I need to do the sound editing seperately though. Maybe a more expensive program will have a better audio editing, too?

If you have a MAC you should have IMovie already.
That's what I use.
