There's 3 chords, so you can play swing chug usin intervals:

If you are playing in A minor get a C harmonica and play
Am: 45 blow interval or you can alternate it with 12 blow interval or even with whole blow chord (any holes) to get Am7.
Dm: (456) draw chord or alternating (45) an (56) or possible interval phrases like (45) 56 (56)
E7: (34) draw interval and you can move to (345) draw chord to get E7b9 chord without tonic or alternate with 45 blow (E7#5 chord)

adding the note B (3 draw) to the Dm chord (456 draw) sound good as a Dm6. Play the bass notes of you chord on the 1 and 3 beats, and the upper notes on 2 and 4. Boom chick boom chick.

Minor Swing uses basically 3 chords, Am, Dm and E7. You could get yourself a Lee Oskar harmonic minor in A and a natural minor in A (they are named after 2nd position, so the bottom draw chord is Am and the blow chord is Dm) and chug the chord changes while your guitarist does his solo.
