Not understanding your question.
Do you mean is the tone beatless or does it have a slow roll? ---------- The Iceman

You can't have beat notes unless you are comparing TWO tones of different frequencies. ---------- *************************************************** /Greg

I gave it a go. I have no idea what you are saying but I got a good train thing going between the 2d and 3b. And bless all the musicians who have given me but one note to mess with.

the single most important aspect of playing any instrument is intonation.
there is quite a bit of discussion re: excessive breath force. it is generally accepted that a harmonica is tuned to 442 hz.
if you play the 2 draw is their a fast beating? how much breath is required to drop the pitch, so that goes away?
in reality a harmonica can be tuned to pitch much higher. requiring much greater breath to bring the pitch in tune. much like a slide guitar player can adjust his intonation by tilting his bottleneck at an angle.
try playing the 2 draw to see exactly how much breath is required.
sometime very little if your harp is tuned properly. quite often, a considerable force is necessary.
