As Spock would say..."Fascinating".

Notice how Jimi Lee's foot taps before Phil's does.

Jimi is a bit on top/ahead of the beat while Phil is right on/a tiny bit behind.

Reflection of how each feels the beat.

Is that a bass harmonica?

It looks a little small to be a bass harp, probably a Thunderbird or some other low tuned harp.

It's a Double-low F. Depending on when this was made, it could be a Thunderbird or one of the Seydel double-low models
