This topic has come up a couple of times here on the forum in the past, but I recently discovered these 2 options. While they are not necessarily designed for harmonica, it appears that they will allow you to play into a microphone, and then the software will produce a music sheet. I haven't tried them yet, but thought I would share these here for those who have expressed an interest in this type of thing before, at which time they were not available. Again, this is for transcribing the notes onto a music sheet, not tabs:

This one is an iPhone app, and appears to be monophonic, which means that if you played a 3 & 4 draw together, for example, it wouldn't be able to discern it.

I have tried to use a feature in Finale that is supposed to do this but without much success.

Finale will highlight a note that is out of range for the instrument I am writing for, yellow for out of range for an intermediate player and red for out of range of most pros. I have though it would be cool if there were a harmonica segment that would flag out of range red and overblows/draws yellow as well as check fo impossible double stops. If there were such a module it would make it easier for a composer unfamiliar with the harp to write a part for one.
