Muddy's son Mud Morganfield has a new album coming out August 19th with my favorite harp player Kim Wilson on it. I'm sure this will be one of the best traditional blues albums to come out for a very long time! I think Kim plays his best when he's backing someone, and the album he did with Jimmy Rogers, Ludella, still is one I listen to for inspiration! Can't wait for this one! And listen to Mud with your eyes closed and he definitely channels his Pops.
