I use an iPad so all my apps are ios.

Tempo - slow downer type app using songs I bring over in a playlist from iTunes on the PC to iTunes on iPad - free with inexpensive upgrades

Metronome + - very simple, straightforward and free

Nano Keyboard Lite - great for working on bends and free

MrWhite is a tiny app that lights up the screen of your android device. I lay a piece of cardboard with a small slit cut into it (1/4 inch by 1 inch) over the bright screen and it serves as a very portable, fully-functional light table.

I have an android phone but here are a few apps that I find useful.

-Amazing Slow Downer (I think everyone already knows about this one, but for a long time it wasn't available on android platform)

-Audio Speed Changer (Does the same thing as Amazing Slow Downer, but doesn't save your song lists or loops like Amazing Slow Downer does. Although the free version is more useful than the free version of the ASD app and the paid version is cheaper. However, I recommend paying the extra for the ASD app though as the saved song lists and saved loops is a great feature that makes it much easier to use over time).

-Harp Key V2 - Beta (this just shows the harp note layout for different harp keys, but I find is somewhat useful. If it would should the scale degrees for each position I would love this app, but at this time it doesn't do that).
