This is one of my all time favourite tunes which was written by Jimmie Rodgers who was referred to (quote from Charlie McCoy) as the 'Father of American Country Blues'. The tune was most recently revived when Bono covered it on a Tribute to Jimmie Rodgers Album which was put together by Bob Dylan with a list of some of the biggest names in the music business. I did an earlier Youtube of this song & this is a completely new update.
