Could anybody refer me to a site that would have info on hering windsaver locations. I am replacing missing ones and don't know which reeds need them.Thank you so much

The normal layout for windsavers on a 12 hole is usually on reeds 1-10 over the reeds that are under the reed plates and the reverse for reeds on the underneath
side of the plates. They are not put on over the reeds that you have access to on the top or underneath the reed plates. I hope this is clear.

Generally the top 3 or 4 holes are not valved. Check the comb if you take the harp apart. If you see thin dividers running parallel to the blow and draw reed that inhabit the same hole, windsavers probably won't fit without hitting the dividers.

Thank you gentlemen. I didn't see any dividers and i didnt put one over protruding reed. I am almost ready to try my work. thanks again.
