hi--have a manji Charp--reg diatonic--needs 1 reed think 7 blow or 7 draw==I know oscars have shorter fat reeds--won't work==hohner has 'standard length reeds -short slot and long slot--I somewhere have 'old harponline charts' as to which reeds work where---have scrape hering reed plates-read somewhere that hering uses med size reeds?--also the reason I have scrapes is--I believe the metal [hering harps]- is inferior-they bend easily when tuning--even wrote the factory [in spanish not portaguese] saying I'll give a money order if u simply send the reeds--they said no--WHAT COMPANYS REED CAN i USE TO REPLACE???THANKS-----------------Also broke 9 draw on a firebreath G harp--WHICH OR WHO'S REEDS TO REPLACE???--IF ANY---I broke cuz I was to D.. lazy to take it apart and get hair or whatever was stalling it-kept blowing and drawing trying to clear--it may have already had a fracture --but any rate don't be impatient like me-take comb and reeds apart- wash and dry--and flick object out-or flick reed- until free--I was driving--oh well--Can get manji and firebreath reedplates no problem--but only want reeds broken--WHICH IS WHY HOHNER CROSSOVER IS MY HARP OF CHOICE OR GM--many different models are interchangeable--AND THEY SELL IND. OR PACKAGE OF 3 REEDS--anyway andrew zajac or any of U guys who work on harps--have ideas--plus may swap bunch hering reedplates with maybe 1 reed missing for ind reeds for my manji and firebreath--ALSO DO FIREBREATH AND MANJI HAVE THE SAME 'REEDS' NOT REEDPLATE -JUST IND. REED-??? THANKS SO MUCH--
