Agreed- that was a great presentation Michael, you got me over the hump...I can now gingerly play the blues scale up and down the harp holes 2 thru 6.
Where I went wrong was keeping the harp stationary in my mouth and trying to move the tongue to get to different notes.
Moving the harp with the tongue back and forth with slight tilts worked like a charm. I walk a lot and playing with no hands comes in handy - it's really FUN too :)

Not for me I'm afraid. Something about teeth, I can't bring myself to bite on a jaw harp either.

Thank you for posting this. I doubt I will ever learn to do it, but it is nice to understand what I won't be doing.
