Can Anyone explain to me what kind of tone a Harp attack gives?

I gives tube like natural distortion. It's a great pedal if you like to use a PA system. I had a harp attack and used it mainly when I was going to jams. All you need is your mic and DI box with the harp attack and you basically have a tube pre-amp. IT's a great pedal. I liked it but I also had a chance to test drive a harp break at HCH. I sampled both together. I ended up selling the harp attack and buying a harp break to use with my amp. I liked the bass control on the harp break. The harp break does not use an actual tube but you can dial in the distortion really nice and it can increase the bass.

The Harp Attack is also a good pedal if you want a SS amp to sound warmer and increase volume before feedback. I agree with blueswannabe: tube like natural distortion. ----------

In both the following clips I had the Harp Attack set with the volume on 12 O'clock, the tone on 9 O'clock and the drive on 9 O'clock. The PA channel was set with the bass on 1 O'clock, Treble on 11 O'clock and Middle at 12 O'clock. I used an active DI Box between the pedal and the PA.
Direct into the PA using an MC151 crystal element it sounds like this. Amplified harp comes in about the 4:10 mark.
Direct into the PA with a CM 99A86 element it sounds like this.

Thank you for the very kind words. I highly recommend the Harp Attack or Harp Break for playing direct into the PA. They sound about as close to an amp as you can get. The tone can be altered to give you a Bassman like sound right up to a highly overdriven sound.
