Just purchased a 1949 Vega Triumphal to go with the Premier 120 I also recently came across. The Vega is a little more compact but may be a hair louder. I have found quite a bit of info on the Premier but very little in the Vega. I'd be interested in schematics or anything really. I believe if had the original speaker and is mostly original condition other than a newer non grounded cord. As for sound it is extremely harp friendly. Particularly in the microphone jack where it really produces that warm distortion I like. If I had to choose between the two I think id use the Vega but together they may just be perfect. Once I figure how to insert some photos using my Iphone I'll do that.

I found the link below which show photos of my Vega. It appears I have the original Roland 12" with the field coil attached. The 6L6H power tubes are mfg. by International Servicemaster and I think are replacements.
If anyone has a recommendation for amp technician in the Boston area I would like to have it looked over. Thanks
