2. It's great for anonymous hook ups.....oh, wait....never mind, I'm thinking of craigslist.

Beeing on this forum is like beeing out of time and space...yes because I don't see the time passing and your vids are often supplying scenes from America.
Maybe it's a mistake, but freedom seems to be something
tangible in those vids.I like to see people happy and enjoying: in my country, it's becoming a perishable good.
Even if I like harmonica, it's not the most important: the most important are people on this forum: they get me warmer inwardly.

26. Nice to have a place to share videos and anecdotes etc.
34. A place like this is full of possibilities for travelers like Jolene and I plan to be in a few years. Having some contacts in various locations is way cool.
35. All the new stuff shows up here first it seems like.

for me
Has settled the debates on
1. tongue block vs lip purse
2. the importance of overblows
3. can white people really play blues
4. what really is modern blues
5. whether we should all listen to sax players all the time
6. if John Popper is any good
7. how blues really has not gone anywhere since chicago in the 1950's
8. if marine bands are the only true harp to play
9. which amps have the best tone
10. who belongs on the top 10 list..

and seriously, I have learned a hell of a lot from this forum and continue to do so every day. posts on gear, vids, technique, and other stuff are very valuable.

No's. 1 to 10. Being able to get an answer on anything you ever wanted to know about anything that involves a harmonica from a forum of fellow harp players spread around the world who are passionate about this complex little instrument. Mate, that's gold. Long live the harp.
