Yes indeed I have it's predecessor the JA-05 and here is a thread about it if you care to read. Unfortunately the sound sample links no longer work, as I had to delete my soundcloud account because of spam.

The newer jta-05 has a better spec, although my ja-05 had an upgraded speaker, which I suspect makes a big difference.
Sadly it is covered in black rather than tweed - is that acceptable though? You could change your handle to TolexAddict :-)

Joyo amps look great. Most seem to be turret board wired, so would be easy to mod. Looking at the website it seems they make a tweed Champ clone, a tweed Deluxe clone, a tweed Twin clone and a blackface Deluxe clone. All I can find in the UK so far is the JTA-05 from Fret music in Southampton at £199. Which if it's also turret board wired is a really good price for a 5F1 amp.

So, I was thinking.... Buy ten units at a time from them and this model is about $80 usd ea. add about 20% for freight when using sea freight, swap out the speaker and tubes, change a cap value or two... Could be a decent little amp in chinese clothes for not much moola.

Ya think? I was thinking ten of them bolted together and all linked would be a good, cheap wall of sound in the basement :)

My local music shop has one in at £200. I tried it out and thought it was pretty sweet for harp in the stock setup. Some players might want to experiment with preamp tube subs or a 5Y3 instead of the 5AR4. If I was in the market for a(nother) 5W amp I would happily have bought it.

Piro I have not seen one personally. Though I am sure there's probably a version or two out there with another brand-name on it by now.
