Aki gave me the thumbs up to post public so here is the first one.
What a great guy I will treasure these videos and use them as a study collection.

I'm a big Aki fan - but I had never heard him do Early in the Morning this way, or with this band. Freakin' fabulous. My compliments to the band as well I love how far down they stayed on this tune and then brought it up toward the end of Aki's solo. Really great example of how to support a harp player!

@ harpburn,
That's My Fender Bassman RI with the Squeal Killer and a reverb pedal. Playing through a 1943 Black cr in a chrome 404a shell.
Channels were bridged and he is in normal 1. Volume is about 4 and a half on both volumes, treble 2-3, Mids 4-5, Bass 6-8 presence 6-10.
Valves weber copper cap rectifier
normal power tubes
12ax - 12ax - 12au
Speakers 2 x blue eminence top
2 x webers in the bottom
Sounded really Good on the night and definitely something I am chasing to get to that level of playing.

What's terrific to you as I value your opinion.
Is it the vid quality or the Bassman or the sound or is it just everything.

Hi Russ,
Aki's phrasing & tone, the band performance, the video quality...particularly liked the desk recording, but it was all good. You have shot some great videos over the years, I'm not usually massively impressed with YT clips (quite apart from whether I like the artist/performance), good work.

These videos are great. Thank you for posting them. Aki gets better every time I hear him. He is the Philly cheesesteak of harmonica players.
Any more videos coming? They didn't just play the three song set, did they?

I am working on the others and will get Aki to approve them this week.
It is taking quite a while to get them right as the sound and lighting needs adjusting quite a bit.
I am disappointed that I had to use the Video Camera sound as the main audio for the vids as the auto setting pumps up the quiet bits and dumbs down the loud bits so to my ears you get an inconsistency in your listening pleasure. I know its a minor thing but if a jobs worth doing....
