That's too bad - Delta Groove is located here in the San Fernando Valley. I appreciated having a blues label in my neighborhood. Looks like he tried play "Movie Producer". It's a fun game in Los Angeles because people from all over the world show-up and will throw money at you to fund movies. It's a bad investment, though. Kind of like Vegas - house always wins.

Seems so illogical...I fail to see how it would be possible to get away with a crime like that?

It does not seem like Randy however I dont know his business dealings. Allegedly he was indicted on charges of knowing there was no movie and collecting money for the production of the movie when there wasnt one. I hope he comes out of this ok. He does a lot for the blues.
