I have a pair of electrovoice RE-10's (which were purchased together as recording mics) with the place of manufacture noted as Sevierville, Tennessee. I know electrovoice had a manufacturing plant in Tennessee but of all the RE-10's I have seen on ebay, all of them were made in Buchanan, Michigan, with the exception of the ones I purchased. Can anyone provide more information as to when RE-10's were made in Tennessee and over what period of time, and were there any differnces in sound quality. Also, does anyone own one made in Tennessee. Both mics work flawlessly and sound great! Very strong, great bottom and mids, definition and dirt. They are exceptional harp mics.
