There was a thread here where a guy had tuned the 7 hole flat. He demonstrated this tuning and he was a very good player. I remember he was wearing a yellow t shirt?
For the life of me, I can't find that thread. Can someone help me?

This tuning is most commonly associated with Todd Parrot who uses it very effectively. I think he has some You Tube videos on the subject and the tuning has great applications in 2nd position as a way to get the 6 OB as well as in 3rd and 12th positions.
Very nice sound and very applicable in a lot of musical styles
