I would check with George Miklas. http://www.harmonicagallery.com/ He seems to always have bass harmonicas.

you might try a swan senior bass. they are under $160.00 and for the most part swan is not a bad harp.
if you have a problem, like out of tune, stuck reed, or no response, you can send it back with no problems. so i'm told.
i'm not sure they may be more of a baritone than bass but i think they are worth a shot.
