One of the Bay Area's competitors at IBC this year was Terri Odabi. She made it to the semi-finals and evidently tore it up.
Last month I was asked to go into the studio and record a few tracks for her. Her web site has one of them up right now so I guess it is now OK to say so! It is here - http://artistecard.com/Terrie#!/musics/44325
I never met the band - I was alone in the studio. Got to listen to the tune precisely once before I recorded. I'm pretty happy with the comping, not quite so happy with the solo. I used a blowsmeaway wood mic and a kalamazoo amp which was mic'd with an SM57.

Well done Greg, including the solo. We , as arteests , are always are own worst critics. I thought your solo was great. Daddy- O totally swings. I especially liked your tone. Quite tasty.

I like it Greg. Not crazy about the womens voice for blues though. Too clean and smooth. JMO...BN
