Think of using one of these along with a delay or other pedal. EHX website says it has no battery and to use only their adapter which is 9.6 volt, or damage could occur. I currently use a 1SPOT 9 volt adapter and for convenience, would like to use the same adapter for the Micro Pog and whatever other pedal I run. 1-SPOT has plenty of current capability. Can anyone tell me what the potential problem, if any might be? I'm assuming the connectors on both adapters would be compatible size.

In the past I used a 1 Spot with the micropog and 2 other pedals on a small pedal board for a couple of years without any issues that I could hear. I don't know if this is just their way of marketing adapters or if there is a real issue. Jay ---------- Music speaks where words fail.

For what I know 9.6 and 9 volts are basically the same thing. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Manufacturers always market their own adapters for possible liability issues. Usually there is no problem using combo adapters.
That said, without proper knowledge it's possible to ruin your gear. Definitely the first thing to check is your total current draw, but you are already aware of that. Another very important factor is center polarity. This is rarely causing problems since most pedals are center negative nowadays. My 1st generation POG is center positive, so using it with a regular negative polarity cable or adapter would cause damage.
I believe Micro POG has a negative center, so you should be fine. It's always good to double-check, though.

Thanks everyone for the info. I suspect it may be some sort of marketing thing, but wanted to mention it to someone who knows. The adapter furnished with the Micro POG is indeed a negative center. It also says on it that it is replacement for Ibanez. I used my 1-Spot and it works fine. I run a delay with it and use a three connector harness, so I have room for one more if I choose. I have seen the 1-Spot pull 9.5 volts. It is an interesting pedal to experiment with.

I run 8 pedals off my one spot and have never had any issues. Mike

The 1- SPOT works well. I just don't really want to run multiple pedals. I have room in my case for a max of three, so that's all I want to carry. I'm looking to have a straight to PA setup as a backup or by choice. If I run a Micro POG and a LW V2 Delay or Harp Reverb, I will probably want to add one, just not sure what at this point, I want a 9V unit though.
