A buddy just turned me on to this Mark Knopfler song, "I Used To Could". It has some tasty harp, wonder who it is.

I think my wifey told me that's Mr. Kim Wilson on her new Mark Knopfler CD.

"Mark Knopfler (ex-Dire Straits) has new double album called Privateering coming out soon and what is interesting is that it has several blues tracks in it. Kim Wilson plays great harmonica as a guest and it seems that those are some good blues. You can listen samples through UK Itunes, not US though..."
Can't hear any harp on the OP track?

That's strange I could have sworn the version I linked to on Soundcloud was this one...
Thanks for the info.

This is really great to hear. Dire Straits was one of the pop hit bands that kept the blues idiom in the public ear back then in the 80's. Never thought about Mark and Kim as a team but they mesh beautifully! ---------- http://www.reverbnation.com/jawboneandjolene
