Hi everyone,

first of all a happy new year to all of you!

Last year's Hohner World Harmonica Festival was my first one and I had an amazing time in Trossingen.
Here is a video of my performance @ the Masters of the Harmonica Gala Concert with Mr. Quilento feat. Tollak on keys!!!

Best,
Konstantin

Nice, Konstantin! And great band support.

(I missed this part of your set at WHF - always too much to do at festivals - so I'm glad for the opportunity to catch up, because what I did hear live I enjoyed vey much!)

Smooth! I haven't heard anyone who can move through those types of runs using overblows as smoothly as Konstantin. Nice job!

Wonderful. Sweet and so tasty. I continue being amazed.
What kind of custom harp are you playing? All details, please!

Konstantin: You're one of the great ones. Jazzmen always say that the ability to play a ballad is what shows the true mark of a player. There's nowhere to hide in that sort of thing. Same here. You haven't just surmounted technical challenges that all of us can instantly appreciate, but you've done so in a way that doesn't ever play showoff; instead, your inner musicality--your lyricism, your singing gift, in melodic terms--shines through. I can only imagine how many thousands of hours of solitary practice it took to get where you are. Bravo!

Thanks, really appreciate it!
I either play Hohner Golden Melodies that I customize by myself or custom Marine Bands with Special 20 cover plates from Thomas Hanke @ www.hankeharmonicas.com
Hope this helps :)

Dein spielen gefallt mir. (Darf ich "du" zu dir sagen?)

First of all, you appear to be a musician.
Secondly, you play the harmonica rather than letting it play you.

This is breaking through that "harmonicky" sound so many have when playing diatonic.
