The Blues Doctors will be heading out on the road for a few gigs later this week:
1/9/14: Atlanta, GA - Northside Tavern (Blues Doctors, two sets 7:30 - 9:30, no cover. Carlos Capote [harp] and the Breeze Kings from 10 to 2 AM)
1/10/14: Gulfport, MS - Murky Waters Blues & BBQ (Blues Doctors, 8-11)
1/11/14: New Orleans, LA - DMac's Bar and Grill (Blues Doctors, 6-8 PM)
1/11/14: New Orleans, LA - Lucky's Bar and Grill (Blues Doctors, 10 PM - 1 AM)
1/12/14: New Orleans, LA - TBA
That last date, in NOLA, is open. We are planning to busk the streets. I've got a contact--a fulltime NOLA blues musician--who says he'll tell us where we can safely play.
We'll have plenty of copies of the new CD in hand. Hope we see a few of y'all at one of these dates.
