Thanks for posting this, Frank! Finally found the time to watch it. Even though it doesn't have any immediate application for me, I still think it is very important to know about these IDEAS - like a finger pointing to the moon ... ;)
I watched all 6 parts - so good...Hearing players with massive amounts of talent like this play a ballad is incredible. For him to reign in his vast amounts of knowledge an technique and focus on simplicity has to be a display of musical discipline at it's best...did you hear him play the horn? :)
