So you say you like tubes? How about five for each key?
A Cordovox accordion amp.
I have no idea what the snake is for or what appears to be some sort of pedal there on the inside left.
Apparently these were designed to amplifier accordions without the use of a pickup on the instrument. There is an article here http://tubeamp911.com/images/stories/cordovox_final.pdf describing a project to convert such a beast into a guitar amp.
