Did it talk about Duane w/sleeping bag and tent set up in the parking lot of Muscle Shoals studio and just hanging out waiting for chances to play?

it did tell about him not having a home there and being very much a free spirit but once he backed Wilson pickett on hey jude he made his mark...everyone wanted him.....but in the end he thought studio work was boring.....that's when the allman bros came into being.......

Wilson showed up to record at Muscle Shoals. No guitar player available. Duane bugged them to let him give it a go and the rest is history.

btw, a Muscle Shoals documentary will soon be released that will have great info...Rolling Stones showed up one day unannounced to record. It was here that they recorded Wild Horses and Brown Sugar.

Muscle Shoals is in a dry county, so no booze or drugs available. Stones stayed at the local Holiday Inn without being pestered by fans or the media, quite a different experience for them and allowed them to focus on the music.
