I do have a Baritone, and a Firebreath that I have not paid for, and have not played, but I still want my Chromatix. I don't give up easily. To make matters worse, I called tonight the number of the customer service agent that I have been dealing with, and it has been disconnected. She probably got fired. I will find out tomorrow. ----------

Oh man . . . At least you still have the Baritone Trem, I like it well enough, but it's not chromatic!

OK, its over, I think. Best Deals Eva put me in touch with the real owner of the Firebreath, who had my Chromatix, and we are switching. He was a real nice guy, and a fellow customizer. Both harps are in the mail. And, to make up for all the confusion and wasted time, they said I could keep the Baritone for free. I am a happy camper, or I will be on Thursday when I get my Chromatic.
