6V6, 1, 10, 9, 9, 11, 11 L-R using a clock reference. Bright and tight switches down. It's a good place to start.

I've seen Gary Smith about a half dozen times in the past nine months.. I do think I have ever seen him use that amp in live performance.

Yea, I don't think he's ever gigged with it? SJr or Egnater, it's a no brainer.

I've only seen him use the Cruncher once in the past year. I dont see him often.
Its been a pairing of a Masco, modified Bassman or reissue Vibroverb. On low volume gigs, he's used some cool looking little TV front amp amplified through the PA.

I think Mark might have built him a Bassman? He's never made it out here that I know of. I just assumed he was using the SJ regularly.

I haven't talked to Mark about that amp, but Gary did mention that all of the above had original Jensen P10's in them. I assumed they came from Mark.
It doesn't matter what he plays through. He sounds great. I played through the Masco/Bassman combo the last night at the Grand Dell and the Vibroverb/Bassman combo. It was very nice of Gary to let me play. It sounded great. It was a huge wall of sound.
