If you think you've seen every sort of virtuosity on guitar and you're not familiar with Rory Hoffman, you haven't seen everything. This is different. Blind from birth, he invented his own way of playing jazz on the thing.

Sometimes it takes approaching an instrument from a brand new perspective in order to be innovative.
Blindness will do that, for sure.
My favorite stylist of this type of playing has been Martin Taylor from England, but Rory almost out Martins Martin Taylor.
