Just wanted to share a recent positive experience I had with the guys at D2F amp covers.
Several years ago I bought a cover for my Harpgear Double Trouble from them. Then about a month ago they had a customer with the same name place an order and they shipped it to my address instead. They contacted me once they figured out the error and asked me if I would forward the package to the correct customer and they would reimburse me for the postage. I did that, then let them know the shipping cost and waited for my refund.
Something happened and they dropped the ball and didn't send me the check. I forgot about it for a few weeks then I remembered and sent them an email. I was expecting a hassle and wondering if I would get my money. But in fact, they were very responsive an apologetic. I received my reimbursement plus an extra few bucks, and a free T-shirt.
I run a business too, so I understand that mistakes happen. But I judge a company by how they respond and rectify a problem. These guys are first class in customer service and that's rare these days.
Oh, and the padded amp cover for my Double Trouble was great. Check these guys out if you need a cover for your amp.
