I attended a harp workshop this weekend where Mikael Fall played amazing grace in multiple positions on a Low G harp. Here's a video from, I believe, later that same day. ---------- Pistolkatt - Pistolkatts youtube

Sounds like a low D in 12th to me. He is very good!

@Todd - Mea culpa est! I just did a quick search last night and saw that he posted a 'version 2' recently and jumped to the conclusion that it was with the low g like he did at the workshop. Sorry for the misleading title thread! ---------- Pistolkatt - Pistolkatts youtube

Hah! Found a video that was shot when they checked sound for before the workshop. The recording device have a little hard time keeping up. There's a lone wolf reverb slapped on there, too. This is not a 'real' performance video but listen to that tone!
And I'm pretty sure this is a Low G in twelfth, at the start at least ---------- Pistolkatt - Pistolkatts youtube

I'll just bump this. Mikael won the, so called, world championship at Trossingen a few weeks ago with a version of Amazing grace. Every swede feel immense pride and all try to take credit as fellow countryman cheerer. I haven't seen any video of the actual event but I saw that Mikael reposted the video I shared earlier above with the sound fixed up.
You all saw it here first... ---------- Pistolkatt - Pistolkatts youtube
