This video was very helpfull for me...
In my country (Serbia, Eastern Europe) everything is very expensive, new SM-57 is 135 euros (180$).
Used SM-57 is from 100$ to 150$, BUT almost every second one is fake!

So, dunno how it is in other countries, but maybe someone will found this video helpfull to... My friend told me that fake one sounds like 20$ cheap chinese "no name" mic, so be carefull.
