Exhumed, "unearthed" for those which are now past it. The rules were very broad...you just had to have a band which had never achieved anything except obscurity. The competition for people who had no aspirations hitherto.
This one reminds me a bit of Wayne Hope's spoof midnight oil tribute band 'oils ain't oils', from 'the librarians' tv show.
