Got to see Hummel, Sugar Ray and Billy Boy...The Guitarists stole the show, Anson Funderburgh and Charlie Baty were on the bandstand together playing beside each other for the whole friggin show - and this is in a club where you can spit and hit the other wall it's so small... it was a treat :) Got to meet the "Tuckster" too very friendly gentlemen as I suspected!

What did you think of Ray? I love his vocals, and his harp playing is surely rooted in Big Walter-

It was great to meet you in the flesh,Frank. I wished we could have talked longer. But the music was calling. Next time!

TMF- I don't think I've seen Sugar Ray before. I really liked him. He had a very happy friendly attitude. It was a LW tribute, but he put his own spin on it. On one number,he walked through the first few rows, playing totally acoustic-no mic. Great way to win over the audience.

I've seen Ray on numerous occasions and he delivered some cool performances as did Mark and Billy - Billy Boy ended the show with some very HIGH ENERGY LW tunes and it was a lot of fun seeing him do "wish you would" in person = he did it proud too :) All around homerun blues - it was a tribute to LW...The volume could've been lower - it was bearable though!
